Reflecting on three years of impact

Transition Together began in September 2021 and over the past three years, we’ve had some brilliant times supporting you, your groups and your communities.

As the year ends and we approach the first Transition Assembly, this is a good moment to reflect on what we’ve achieved together, how our Movement is contributing to tackling some of the most challenging issues of our time. The Assembly, and those who attend and feed into it, will shape what comes next.

For now, we’ve pulled together a short and colourful impact report to tell the story of the past three years – and hopefully to encourage and inspire you as your group makes plans for 2025 and beyond!
