Reflecting on three years of impact

Transition Together began in September 2021 and over the past three years, we’ve had some brilliant times supporting you, your groups and your communities.

As we prepare to build on the Transition Assembly and close this chapter of Transition Together, this is a good moment to reflect on what we’ve achieved together and how our Movement is contributing to tackling some of the most challenging issues of our time.

For now, we’ve pulled together a short and colourful impact report to tell the story of the past three years – and hopefully to support what comes next.
